Due to time constraints, we are not able to deviate from the itinerary provided. However you will have 3-4 hours on day 2 of the retreat to go to the beach, shop, visit a spa or relax at the venue. Outside excursions cannot be booked during the retreat. Please book additional days after the retreat to explore Bali as you wish.

We will still continue to do outdoor activities even if its raining. From our experience, rain showers pass within 20 minutes. If the weather is deemed unsafe, we will work around this and not put any participants or their safety at risk.

Because we have a private chef, we minimize our risk with getting Belly Belli. We will have a list of recommended Western restaurants for you to choose to eat lunch from. You’re welcome to deviate from this list as well. We encourage you to drink the water provided for you at the venue (by bringing a reusable bottle) and NOT to drink filtered water from restaurants to minimize risk. Ask your taxi or driver to take you once you exit the airport.

Depending on how much shopping you’ll be doing, $200-300 will be plenty.

Can I drink alcohol?
We ask that you refrain from drinking alcohol during the duration of the retreat to ensure that your gut as well as body has a chance to reset and cleanse.
Plastic reduction
We highly recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to the retreat. This helps cut down on plastics and the trash problem in Bali.
Is the schedule subject to change?
Yes, the schedule is subject to change to due time constraints, Balinese ceremonies, traffic, inclement weather and things beyond our control. Please be aware that the summer season is a high-demand period for tourism. We kindly request your patience and understanding in case it becomes necessary to adjust the itinerary to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of electrical outlets will they have?
There will be 1 universal adapter outlet in each of the rooms. You are welcome to bring your own. Indonesia uses the 2 prong adapter. See travel essentials list below.
