Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is designed for women age 30 and up, who are deeply committed to their journey of healing, spirituality, and self-love. It is intended for women who are eager to establish a profound connection with themselves. This retreat may not be suitable for individuals seeking a party or those desiring alcohol consumption. It is specifically tailored for participants who are ready to fully engage in meditations and workshops and are genuinely dedicated to the healing process while embracing spiritual exploration.

When should I fly into Bali?
Due to the time difference and travel distance, you will arrive in Bali 2 calendar days after you leave your city (US participants).

Arriving early: You are welcomed to arrive in Bali earlier than the date mentioned above. We would recommend booking an Airbnb in the “Canggu” area for convenience ($50/night) Canggu has plenty of walkable Western restaurants, Instagrammable cafes and beaches. It is very tourist friendly. We also recommend arriving early in case you have jet lag, you will be completely rested and ready for the retreat.

When should I book my flight?
We recommend booking your flight 3-4 months before the retreat. The longer you wait, the more expensive the flights will be.It might also be cheaper to look at flights out of a major nearby city.
Is the flight included?
No the flight is not included as our participants are coming from different destinations (ie different pricing).
What is included with the price?
We have included the following in the pricing: Gluten-free Breakfast & Dinner that support gut health and detoxification, Shaman Experience & Ceremonial Water Purification Cleanse, all activities (yoga, meditation, Bali swing and dress rental, waterfall, beach entrance), Spiritual workshops, Journals & workbooks, all transportation costs to and from activities, laundry, accommodation, photographers, cooking class, bottled water, tea, juice
What is not included?
Lunch is not included (We encourage participants to venture out and savor the local flavors of Bali during their free time), shopping, beach rentals (surf boards, umbrellas, beach beds), airfare, visas as well as pick-up/drop-off from the retreat villa
Transportation to and from the retreat?
Participants are responsible for arranging their transportation to and from the retreat. We recommend taking a taxi from the airport, a safe and convenient option typically priced at around 400K/($30). Alternatively, you can also contact our recommended drivers to schedule a pick-up for your convenience.
We also recommend downloading and using the app “GoJek” which is the Uber of Bali and also a convenient way to get around.

Do I need a visa?
Yes, you will need a visa to enter Bali. We recommend you get a visa on arrival (VOA) for $35 once you arrive to the Denpasar airport. The visa is good for 30 days and single entry
Do I need a vaccine to travel to Bali?
Bali released new regulations stating that you do NOT need a vaccine nor need to present you vaccination card
What does the Water Ceremony consist of?
You will participate in a traditional Balinese powerful cleansing ceremony, which helps wash away burdens that no longer serve you and take it that which moves you forward. You’ll also experience a cleanse from your crown chakra down to your root. You will be provided with the traditional garments worn during the ceremony as well as led by a local
Are there regulations for the Water Ceremony?
Yes, if you are on your period, according to Hindu tradition, you will be prohibited from taking part in the Water Ceremony. You will still be able to meet with the Shaman for guidance and enlightenment though. Additionally, if you are grieving, you are prohibited from entering the temple.
What is the Shaman experience?
The Shaman will read your aura and palm. She will also provide guidance about the future and provide you with your life’s purpose. You are also welcome to ask her any questions that you may have. It is encouraged to record the experience for you to reference and reflect on.
How do refunds or cancellations work?
Our retreats are non-refundable, non-cancellable and unable to be transferred to future dates. They can however be transferred to a friend for the same dates originally booked.
Do you have down payments?
Yes, we have a down payment plan. A deposit of $600 is required in order to secure your spot. We split the balance into payments thereafter. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in forfeiting the deposit and your spot.
Can we deviate from the itinerary listed above?
Due to time constraints, we are not able to deviate from the itinerary provided. However you will have 3-4 hours on day 2 of the retreat to go to the beach, shop, visit a spa or relax at the venue.
Outside excursions cannot be booked during the retreat. Please book additional days after the retreat to explore Bali as you wish.
What if it rains or the weather is inclement?
We will still continue to do outdoor activities even if its raining. From our experience, rain showers pass within 20 minutes. If the weather is deemed unsafe, we will work around this and not put any participants or their safety at risk.
Will we have free time?
Yes, on one designated day, you will have a few hours to use as you wish (beach time, shop, pool, spa, etc) This will not be enough time to do outside excursions. Please book additional days in Bali to do these at your leisure and not during the retreat.
What about “Bali Belly”?
Because we have a private chef, we minimize our risk with getting Belly Belli.
We will have a list of recommended Western restaurants for you to choose to eat lunch from. You’re welcome to deviate from this list as well. We encourage you to drink the water provided for you at the venue (by bringing a reusable bottle) and NOT to drink filtered water from restaurants to minimize risk.
We provide bottled water to brush your teeth with.
In the rare event that you get Bali belly, we will have a doctor come to the venue and provide aid.
What kind of food will we have?
We have organized a chef that will prepare breakfast, dinner and snacks from scratch using Gluten-free, Paleo friendly, detoxing foods to help reset the gut. We have vegan and vegetarian options available as well. We believe resetting the gut helps clear the mind and release blockages.
How can I exchange money?
Ask your taxi or driver to take you once you exit the airport.
How much money should I bring?
Depending on how much shopping you’ll be doing, $200-300 will be plenty.
Can I drink alcohol?
We ask that you refrain from drinking alcohol during the duration of the retreat to ensure that your gut as well as body has a chance to reset and cleanse.
Plastic reduction
We highly recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to the retreat. This helps cut down on plastics and the trash problem in Bali.
Is the schedule subject to change?
Yes, the schedule is subject to change to due time constraints, Balinese ceremonies, traffic, inclement weather and things beyond our control. Please be aware that the summer season is a high-demand period for tourism. We kindly request your patience and understanding in case it becomes necessary to adjust the itinerary to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.
What kind of electrical outlets will they have?
There will be 1 universal adapter outlet in each of the rooms. You are welcome to bring your own. Indonesia uses the 2 prong adapter. See travel essentials list below.
